My Business Number supports call forwarding, so if you just need to set up your new number to forward to an existing landline or mobile phone number then that’s no problem.
Call forwarding is a great option when your out and about as it does not rely on data connections to pass calls, if you are using your mobile then as long as you have mobile phone signal then your calls will be forwarded directly to you.
It can also be added to a call group which include other VoIP extensions using the call forward as a back up option.
Callers will not notice that the call is being forwarded, and of course you can still use all of the included features such as Auto Attendant before the call is forwarded.
Receiving a forwarded call will incur a charge of 2p per min to UK mobiles and 1p per min to UK landlines with a connection charge of 5p. You can forward calls anywhere in the world, see our pricing page for full call rates
